Is there anything out there that intensifies the feeling of xanax (like oj with Ex)

Taking a low dose of xanax and a low dose of alcohol will increase the effects of both. But be very sure that both substances have a low dose. The combination of these two drugs WILL cause you to stop breathing if too much of either are consumed at the same time.

Please force SWIY to have some respect for her body and keep the alcohol to a minimum. That's already a very high dose of xanax.

Agreed. Alprazolam has an EXTREMELY high LD50 on its own. However if you mix it with just a little bit of alcohol it can be very dangerous. Not to mention the stupid shit people do on high doses or mixed with alcohol. Just because the chemical itself may not kill you, your actions while on the chemical could very well lead to death or self destruction. Please be careful.

To answer your question I believe grapefruit juice works in the same way that it potentiates some opiates; by inhibiting the CYP3A4 enzyme.

The only reason the feelings could decrease is if the physical sensations from being full somehow negate the awareness one had of the sensations one's body is giving off.

There's nothing chemically to suggest that food could dampen it as far as I know.
