People - Different group...different drug

So it might just be me, but I've found that different stereotypical groups of people have their drug of choice.

I've found that all my metal friends like alcohol and weed...

My hippie friends are into their acid/shrooms etc

The jocks and poppies (preppy girls) like booze, E and cocaine


So it's probably a pretty obvious conclusion.

But it's strange how I asked one of my really preppy girl friends (who does e and coke every weekend) if she would want to try shrooms, she was like "ugh, no. Only weirdos do shrooms." And allot of jocks I speak to say "it makes you think too much" so they wouldn't try it!

My hippie friends think cocaine is for jocks on steroids

And my trance/house buddies think drinking is "low-budget" and unhealthy and would rather do designer drugs like E etc.

Monkey finds that drinking is for when he has lots of money! If found from good sources, drugs are often cheaper than alcohol, especially in clubs/bars etc.

Yeah, different circles definately have different drug tastes. Monkey makes it his mission to get the different groups doing all the different drugs he can get his mitts on...

I think this is true to an extent, but I think mostly it just depends on the people. SWIM's closest friend will take just about anything he can get his hands on while another one of SWIM's buddies only smokes pot with the occasional opiate.
