Combinations - Smoking salvia with alcohol?

Im going to give my pet gerbil some salvia 25x but hes going to drink that night too, would it be safe for him to drink and then smoke, or should my gerbil just smoke then let the effects wear off then drink?

smoke then drink if you want to be safe, but try the alcohol/salvia combo, sounds interesting, and pretty confusing/emotional.

Sounds like a recipe for nausea. Definitely just smoke first if the gerbil hasn't had salvia before. Otherwise, proceed slowly when adding alcohol, like induce light intoxication before smoking, not a really smashed gerbil. If the gerbil sees any value in this combo, then cautiously increase the dosage of either over time and make sure a sitter is present.

One day before SWIM had a brain he had a party, at his house. And he drank alcohol, mostly Chech Absinthe, then he smoked some pot and before any of those effects wearied off, he took a good hit of salvia. He was in outer space for a freaking hour. No joke.

One time SWIM also almost took a hit of salvia on acid. Good thing he changed his mind. All this was a long time ago before his brain grew on his shoulders.

There is actually a trip report from someone who smoked Salvia+DMT while on acid on erowid. Don't think SWIM want's to try that one any time soon...

how did it intesify? Duration? Visually? Emotionally? Swim's very curious towards this being alchohol and salvia are among swim's favorite drugs (and the few still (semi) legal, ofly ironic....)

For me the duration was much much longer. But thats maybe because Absinthe has some psycho actives in it too.

This is an interesting topic, as my Lizard had always found a strong symbiotic effect when combining alcohol with Salvia. He finds that the "gravity pulls" of Salvia combine with alcohol in a manner that amplify the "sloppy" effects of alcohol (lidded eyes, even modest nodding).

Recently, my lizard had the occasion to smoke a bit of plain leaf (pretty good stuff, though) while moderately intoxicated (say a 6-pack, though Lizard has a bit of a tolerance, lol.) The Salvia effects hit him as if he were smoking 5X, and after the "peak" effects (i.e. on the comedown) he felt as if his alcohol intake had been doubled!

Lizard had always wondered if combining Salvia with a conventional opiate would produce a symbiotic effect, but hadn't had the occasion. Alcohol+Salvia, however, definitely seems symbiotic, and he's curious as to why!
