swim needs to know the fastest way to detox his body of all drugs, especially weed within the next 2 weeks. swim has smoked about 2 grams over the course of the last 2 weeks or so and in 2 weeks swim is going to have a drug test he didn't know about until about 10 minutes ago. what is the fastest way to get weed out of my system?
swim is going to drink over a gallon of water everyday, exercise at least 1 hour per day, eat a lot of fatty foods and drink wheatgrass (swim has read this detoxifies the body). would anyone recommend anything else? or is this basically everything?
this is very serious to swim as he will go to jail if this drug test comes up dirty, so please help swim have a clean drug test. =]

Swim doesn't have that much experience with particular products and the experience he does have... well... lets just say it didn't work. 2 G's In 2 weeks is pretty low. Provided that SWIY does not smoke anymore for the next 2 weeks he may pass anyway if thats really only all he used. Though Niacin has not been proven to work, Swim would still recommend looking into it and maybe taking a moderate dose twice a day along with exercise and PLENTY of water. Sorry Swim can't offer much more advice. Swim has been on probation several times. He has violated and he has also made it through probation without violating. He can honestly say that the only times he made it through without violating was because he remained abstininet from THC the whole time. When he violated he did not.

As long as you drink a lot of water, make sure the drug test the isn't the first time you piss that day, and take some multi vitamins you'll be fine provided you don't smoke more. SWIM would usually wait a week to stop smoking before a drug test, and know of other people who would smoke 3 days before, but that is cutting it close.

Also you should buy some creatine and take some before the test if your drinking a lot of water, if their isn't enough creatine in your urine it will be considered diluted depending on the test (SWIM ended up on an extra month of probation due to this happening). Creatine is sold as a supplements for working out.

Everyone is different; two weeks for some can be good others not very. Sounds like your not a heavy user so you are already better off. Water, not in excess, can be good exercise very good especially if drinking more water. Fatty foods are bad THC is fat soluble and meaning it sticks to the fat, not the water.

added: 30 seconds later: just read the post above, read about niacine before using. There are other better things to try/use. Niacine will cause you to turn red and feel uncomfortable.

Yeh thats why Swim advised "looking into it". Swim said it does have some side effects that are similar to sunburn that usually fade after abot 30 minutes. He has also read that there is a possibility of these side effects being interrupted by a fever reducer. I guess I should have made this more clear in the original post. Please do a little research on it if you are interested.

Stop smoking, exercise, and drink a shitload of water for one. There are lots of products out there like goldseal and special drinks you can buy on the internet, or GNC (at least you used to be able to). SWIM's friend bought a drink off the internet, drank it 3 days after he smoked, and passed a drug test for a new job.

Worse comes to worse, SWIM's brother took a little plastic squirt bottle. Filled it with water and a couple drops of orange juice before he got to the drug testing place. Then let it sit in the sun on his dashboard for a while till it warmed up. Then taped it under his sack and went and pissed for the drug test. It worked.

dude, don't smoke at all for the next 2 weeks, try and excercise and a go to the healthfood store, buy a bottle of b-complex and some sort of creatine supplement. the b-complex is a vitamin b supplement which will color you urine. the creatine is what they test for to see if your pee is dilute

any way, start drinking alot of water 3 days before the test, and take 2 of the b-complex pills a day and one about an hour before you test. take the creatine daily when ever for 5 days prior to the test. you should be fine

If one uses goldenseal, creatine, or the masking drinks they will show up in some kinds drug test as a masking agents. If one must one can use a clean persons urine and make sure it is of proper temp. In swibs opinion it is this is a better way since it is using clean urine. One can always purchase testing kits a test ones self.

swim stopped smoking and wont smoke until after that test. swim is going to look into creatine and niacin. they do a patdown search when entering the probation building, so i couldnt be able to sneak fake or clean urine in, thanks though.
i hope swim is clean, if there are no further posts - swim is in jail T_T

Mesccal, I would also like to say this to you... In some states I know that if you fail for THC and ONLY THC they will violate you but they will let you go and set up a court date to decide what to do. Most probation officers will recommend that you serve 30 days in jail. If this happens to you DO NOT RUN. This happened to SWIM about 6 years ago. Trust him. It is much better to return to probation, go to the court day and serve a 30 day sentence than to have your probation completely revoked and serve the rest of your time in jail. Swim did 5 months in county because of this. He missed all the holidays from Oct. 18th to March 26th. He says it was not a pleasureful experience. Also here in the state of Ga. I don't know about other places, but they offer you 2 for 1 on your time for misdemeanors. This means you only serve half of your time. So, if you got a 30 day sentence you would only do 15 days. I am not trying to scare you as I know you probably don't even want to think about jail. I just don't want anyone to make the same mistakes I have.

Ontop of the link already posted to the drug testing part of this site, phaze would like to add his quick answer. Buy 3 gallons of ocean spray cranberry juice, drink a gallon a day for 3 days. Shit shit shit, thats the only way to get thc out. Also since your a light smoker that doesn't mean shit, a heavy smoker could be clean before you it doesnt work that way.

Cranberry juice, shitting pissing yellow orange(this is fat piss) and plenty of exercise to speed your metabolism up. Also recommend a pre drug screen the day before the test. On the day of the test dont give them the first piss of the day nor the first of the stream, give them the middle.

nothing can get the cannabanoid metabolites out of your system any faster. your idea is to mask it. they test creatine levels in your urine, so if you were to dilute your piss your creatine levels would come up low but if you take that supplement and then dilute your urine, it should come up in the range of normal.

also, if you really aren't sure, buy a piss test from wal-mart or some other pharmacy, they are cheap and basically just as reliable as anything else you are going to get

thanks, i told swim to try this stuff. hopefully everything works out for him.
swim was going to buy a drug test kit and test himself. he was curious if that test he tests himself with might say he is clean for all the drugs but then the one he has to take for probation say that he is positive for weed. could drug tests mess up and give false positives or negatives? if so, how many of those tests should swim buy just to make sure? and how long should he test himself between each test?

THC clings to fat so ya exercise helps don't flood yourself with water because its not really necessary till the last few days before the test. Do not use goldenseal that stuffs a scam. If it were me i would complain like crazy saying how unconstitutional this drug test is and say you would like to exercise your 4th and 5th amendment rights because your grandpa or dad or friend or w/e fought to protect those rights.
