Mate if I was you I'd smoke it on the foil seeing as you're in the UK, much more enjoyable and less wasteful IMO.

Phaze also seconds the smoking of it, or not doing it at all for that matter. Smoking is a much safer route of administration, but phaze would also say if the OP is planning on doing heroin to only do it once and not do it for atleast a month or never again. Warning addiction is bad, visit the forums doing Heroin for the first time is not something to brag about.

With heroin, you don't do lines, you do tiny, tiny bumps. Most people say a matchstick head size; Swim says HALF that. Potency varies WIDELY.

Take the .2 and cut it into, oh, 8 portions. Snort 1 portion, wait 15-20 minutes. Redose. Continue until done.

Swim personally would be plugging the dope. Very effective. Dont start IV'ing either.

Don't be an idiot and rail a bag of dope and OD. Start slow, small, and safe

And last, don't start doing H unless Swiy is already well down the path of opioids. If Swiy is doing things like codeine and hydrocodone, don't move up.

English smack really isn't designed for snorting, it's a different type to that the americans get, and you'll waste alot of money snorting it.
It's designed for smoking, so smoke it! The onset's quicker, and if it's good there's even a mild rush.
Plus it's fucking hard to OD smoking the shit.......unless you're full of booze or benzos.

To be honest i'd just not try it at all, it's wasted so much of my life and money, yet i keep being pulled back into it. e's are more fun.....stick with them!

After a long hard think swim decided against getting heroin, sticking to other opiates to self medicate at the moment, swim had romanticized it in his mind- will not be doing this again.

Question pertaining to this thread:

A lot of people start doing heroin in the U.S. because they are already on some other opiates, and then they find out a cheap bag of heroin is as powerful as their $200 bottle of pills.

Is it the same in England? is the dope more expensive or lesser quality which doesn't make the same true?

Over here in blighty we don't (well swim doesn't anyway) have the access to OTC opiates like you guys seem to in the US of A. This is what I've gathered from the media and reading these forums.

I'm under the impression that it's the exact opposite. We have no OTC opiates here. Any kind of painkiller (vicodin, oxycotin, codeine, etc.) requires a prescription. You all at least have OTC codeine - right?

Yea that's right, codeine can be bought without a script. I was just under the impression that these drugs seemed more readily available and used alot more recreationally in America than over here.

Ahh I see, yeah they probably are more readily available here. Pretty much anyone can get a scrip for opiate pain killers if they REALLY want to take the time and do a little acting. Probably almost every kid/teen/adult is going to have an uncle or grandma with a medicine cabinet filled with vicodins or oxycotin, so getting them isn't hard.

This is painted as a problem commonly in the media, but I believe that it is a good thing. It's pathetic to think that people have been alieviating their pain with opiates for well over 7,000 years, and that our quality of life suddenly dropped and people have to plead their lives just to get a little pain relief, because of some religious racist nutjobs from the 1920s (the American story, at least).

My friend always found the heroin in England to be superb, when he first started doing it he would only need to smoke like two lines for a nice buzz.

The reason SWIM stared snorting was the strong fishy taste of gear personally made me yak every time. Plus it is stronger when snorted but this can lead to OD as it did with this particular SWIMMER
