Culture - Good, cheap opioids.

So let's say you have a good friend who has no ties to anything, a good amount of cash saved up, and a love for all opioids of any sort... where would you tell him to go to get the best "bang for his buck"?

He's thinking about some South-East Asian place, but he's not exactly where, and he's not sure where it's not good to be a skinny white boy! :P

Mmmmm, I think only someone with insider's knowledge can make guarantees about that, otherwise it's just a potshot. Just because the large majority of drugs are made in a certain country or area, and even available for sale for little money there, it doesn't mean SWIY will be able to aquire it during his life time when moving there. But Laos would probaply be SWIY's best and safest option, the golden crescent(Afghanistan/Pakistan) aren't and neither are the other counties of the golden triangle(Birma/Laos and Vietnam and Thailand) compared to Laos. The latter three aren't too bad either though, but Laos is still the best and safest.

India is a relatively safe place I've heard,also a fair percentage of people speak English,eliminating any language barrier. I just got back from a month in Egypt and Turkey via Amsterdam ; had some interesting adventures. Note that in these parts of the world a pharmacy would be the safest place to score. Prescriptions aren't required and at worst one gets "jacked" into paying a clinic doctor , or the pharmacist for a consultation.Added safety bonus is that you'll be scoring pharmaceuticals not "street" product.Good Luck.
