Health - Passing Out + Seizure on Mushrooms?

Swim was in New Orleans on Halloween last night and munched about 3g of "little b" hydroponically grown mushrooms. Swim had been driving all afternoon and was relatively tired when he consumed the booms. About 2-2.5 hours after consumption swim sat down on a bench and felt a massive weight settle on him, almost as if a huge trip came on instantly.
He turned to his friends and said "I think the booms are kicking in". The next thing he remembers is waking up to friends pulling him off the ground.

Apparently he passed out and fell backwards off the stoop he was sitting on, striking his head and apparently convulsing. Swim has had a lot of experience with psychedelics and has never had anything like that happen before.

Any ideas?

The mushrooms were either a toxic, non-psychedelic species or SWIY is epileptic. Seizures are usually accompanied by blackouts whereby the person suffering from it remembers nothing.

Tell him to see a doctor immediately.

SWIM is a volunteer EMT, and I highly advise going to talk to a Doctor immediately. SWIM isn't judging at all about whatever you do, just concerned. Seisures during/after anything is a BIG cause for concern, and it is something that should be taken seriously. Ask around if you're looking for a Physician with more experience with substances-I know SWIM's is very good with everything.

How was the mental state after this incident?

SWIM has tried P. Cubensis shrooms on 3 occasions, and enjoyed them very much.
