Dose - Increased dosage

Hello all. Swim is has been regularly taking 210mg of codeine so is pretty tolerant now. She would like to know if she can safely up that to 300mg using CWE. She's pretty small and is kind of worried but 210 just isn't doing it. Has swiy jumped up that much? Swim is planning to cut back on her recreational activities so she can enjoy a lower dose but for tonight would like to try the higher one.

Well it probably wouldn't be dangerous but it might be unpleasent if swiy is extracting codeine from caffeine containing pills.
Swim tried doing the same thing:
He used to do ~150mg (~550mg caffeine) and upped it to ~220mg (~780mg caffeine) and ended up having a waaaaaaaay more unpleasent experience from the 220mg.So with caffeine a more pills doesn't mean better.

I laughed when I read your post because swim went ahead with the cwe and got totally wired from the caffeine! She felt almost frantic for awhile and didn't care for it at all. The upside was that she got alot of stuff done around the house! Swim decided to stick with the tried and true dose and not indulge so frequently.

I have codeine/caffeine pills.

210mg of codeine with 630mg of Caffeine.

I just eat the entire bottle. It USED to wire me and wasn't too pleasant. But ever since taking 350-700mg of SOMA (Carisoprodol), the negative caffeine effects are completely negated! It's great! Highly recommend it to you.

(Also, if you have any benzos on hand, then pop one or two of those to eradicate/hide caffeine effects).

Glad I could help, another thing you could do is taking a lot of caffeine for a week or so and developing a tolerance which might not be complete but will vastly reduce the effects of caffeine.
Swim does it with coffee since he doesn't have caffeine pills avaliable in his country, but if swiy has access to NoDoz or something similar you can build a tolerance pretty quick by just taking a dose in the morning for a week or so.

What!? You pop an entire bottle of tylenol#1 without doing a CWE??If I understood correctly you really need to start doing CWEs from now on or you WILL die of liver failure.Here's a guide on how to do it:

Could you clarify how many pills are in one bottle and how many mg of Acetaminophen/Paracetamol are in each pill?
Just letting you know, the maximum recommended dose in 24 hours is 4000mg so if you've been taking more than that for a while it would be highly advisable that you went get your liver checked...

About the carisoprodol and the benzos, you're completely right.Although theoretically it would be dangerous to mix them with codeine (due to respiratory depression) if the dosages are low it would most likely completely hide the effects of caffeine.Swim was actually trying to get a hold of some but has had no luck.

Don't do anymore tylenols without CWEing and get your liver checked!

I live in Japan and there are no "Tylenol #1s" here.

The stuff I take has dihydro-codeine, methylephedrine, chlorpheniramine, and caffeine only. Absolutely zero APAP.

It's a cough medicine called BRON.

Methyephedrine+caffeine? That's gotta be really stimulating.Look even though you have no acetaminophen in you product you should still be concerned about the chlorphenairamine since it's really dangerous in high doses.

I don't know if you're into DXM but let me tell you that there are these pills called Coricidin cough and Cold or triple C's and they contain dextromethorphan and chlorphenairamine.Many people died from taking these as opposed to taking just the DXM which rarely causes any deaths on it's own.
This is what I found on the net:

Symptoms of a chlorpheniramine overdose include extreme sleepiness, confusion, weakness, ringing in the ears, blurred vision, large pupils, dry mouth, flushing, fever, shaking, insomnia, hallucinations, and possibly seizures.

Are you familiar with any of these symptoms?

Chlorphenairamine is only dangerous when taken in conjunction with DXM; otherwise, it is nigh impossible to reach the LD by itself.

I've done plenty of research. Everything you're telling me I have known for awhile.

That is interesting to me that codeine is sold in combination with caffine. I imagine it would not be nice to have with codeine.

Anyway, after my tolerance built up I used to take like 700mg of codeine at once. I've even taken like a gram at once. When you take too much you just feel sick and vimit and your high goes away fast. Don't increase too drastically, but a good jump SWIM found could attain the high that he used to get.
