is it bad to mix crystal with marijuana or is it useless?does it get you high?
i have been doing crystal and then i would do alot of push ups non stop, is that burning fat or muscle? i know this is bad, but im just curious. |

regular methamphetemine use will cause you to lose both muscle and fat.
mixing marijuana and meth can be a lot of fun, if you're gonna tweek anyway i guess i can recomend mixing in the weed. |

Do not perform rigorous exercise while on meth, as this could cause your heart rate, rhythm, and blood pressure to skyrocket. Nonrigorous exercise is fine, and is good for you. If doing regular and efficient exercise, you will only be burning fat, even on meth.

Could you explain more on the exercise thing? I wanna know what I can and cant do on this stuff. I dont wanna harm my body but at the same time I wanna keep up with my workouts. I have just been using freeweights and doing push ups and crunches while onit lately. |

You should not exercise while on meth. If you over do it your heart can literally burst. |

you wont lose muscle from doing push ups while on it if you still have fat to burn off, i used to allways go to the gym when on it and it makes train harder but the others are right about it can make your heart burst which has happned to cyclists in the past and i get real light headed if exercise head so push yourself too hard |

I need to clarify that.. Burning Fat, Burning Muscle, Gaining Muscle .. ? If Istill takemy 3 meals in a day even on Speed or meth, and I do my bodybuilding workouts on speed, (no cardio, only lifting) Will I still be able to gain mass ? will I "inevitably" lose weight ? |

yeah, buy doing a pushup you are gaining muscle and burning fat at the
same time, if you were to say starve yourself and not do any exercise you would be burning fat and muscle. Also yes you will gain mass, but it depends on how much exercise you do, muscle weighs more than fat, but the meth and the exercise will prolly result in more fat loss than muscle gained...also take into account that muscles need time to relax and build, don't do high intense wieght training or muscle building exercise everyday, more like a few times a week...have you ever seen people at the gym who go there everyday and workout, yet they still have the same muscle tone/mass? Its because they don't give time for the muscles to build inbetween the workouts. |

THe italian cyclist whose heart exploded was doing extreme cardio while high on meth. I'd put money he was on roids and EPO as well, which thickens the blood. SWIM takes low doses ofcrystal before a anarobic workout. SWIM smokes it though so the peak is over before he gets into the gym rather than during. Many bodybuilders use Adderall/Meth to loose fat and stay focused during training. SWIM gets that dizzy feeling if going really hard while on, which is wierd cuz that would suggest low blood pressure. I read an articleabout Ultimate Fighter Royce Gracie where he said he didn't want to fight anymore becuase more and more oppenents were on Methduring the fights.Now that is some crazy shit, taking meth prior to a no holds-barred fight... talk about a heart attack in the making. |
