Exercise and Drug Testing?

I just bought a couple of home test kits online. I have been testing for a few days for coke and THC. I test in the morning and at night. The morning test is after I run 3 miles and it always shows very very very faint lines under the THC and coke column. Every other one is dark pink. When I test later in the day it is solid pink in both columns. Does exercise affect your metabolism? Does it release metabolites into your system at a faster pace?

Something you should kno. Wut you do a week before a Piss test will greatly affect your results. Yes a higher matabolism will get rid of toxins in your body alot faster. You do this thru exercise, drinking lots of fluids, B complex Vitamins, and even Methamphetamine helps. BUT, you should stop exercising a couple of days before your test, cause exercising will help your body release THC matabolites into your system again. So the days of your test I'd eat alot of food so all that THC will get stored in your fat cells again, which will probably leave your piss clean.


The best way to pass a piss test is to just lay off the fucking weed man, I think that's the only way to go, I mean, you go into your probation office, your worried, you might get thrown in jail, I mean is getting high really worth all that nerve racking? Fuck them, once your out of the system then you can get high all you want.
