4-HO-MiPT is not a scheduled substance, so i'm guessing that even if
your package gets searched and tested, the worst that could happen is
that you would get a seizure notice in the mail. However, this is
just speculation on my part; i offer no guarantees.

When they see a powder coming through they first think anthrax or some
drug.

If screened you might get a sezuire letter. most likly it won't even be noticed. when you recive the letter just ignore it, or send a copy to your supplier and they might send it to you gain.

MiPT wouldnt be covered by the analogue act as its a homologue, 4 - OH - mipt wouldnt be an analogue because of its remarkable chemistry. not only are the O and the H transversed from what is found in psylocybin the two primary alkyls connected to the tryptamine are seperated. they would have a hard time arguing the analogue law as it pertains to this substance.

Sorry but you are totally mistaken. MIPT and 4-HO-MIPT may or may
not be found to be controlled substance analogues under the law, but
chemically, both are just one alkyl group swap away from being a
controlled substance (DMT and psilocin respectively).



4-OH-MIPT is just a sloppy, incorrect
way to write 4-HO-MIPT aka miprocin. Its two alkyl
groups are no more and no less "separated" than those of any other N,N-dialkyl
tryptamine.

the analogue law should be more of a concern when going to trail and not with teh dea. it has of today not been tried and tested in the courts so now it's merely speculation. though the DEA has invoked it as their excuse for the raids tehy did in the summer on RC vendors.

The Ovaltine/LSD case goes way back to around 1974ish. I'm an oldie in this biz! And those dummies have not improved with age. It had to do with a private pilot who had flown into Brownsville, Texas from a vacation in Mexico. The Feds - DEA - climbed through his plane and came up with a bottle of Ovaltine Chocolate drink mix. He said he always carried it as it gave him a boost of energy should he get tired behind the controls. Well, the Feds said the brown powder in the bottle was not brown. It was purple. And it was LSD. Everyone knows LSD is smuggled in from Mexico...RIGHT?? Hahahaha!!! Anywho - he was arrested and convicted and given 10 years for smuggling LSD/Ovaltine. Texas! Some things never change. I believe it was overturned on appeal. But I could tell ya stories that would turn your hair white! I knew one young woman who was lured into an alley in Amarillo by an undercover agent who beggedher to smoke some pot. Shegot20 years as she was traveling with her baby and they charged her with endangering it.


My point is thus: They are idiots and would try to convict you for having a sack of sugar in your kitchen. Jesus-fearing Boy Scouts with machine guns.

From reading the DEA website... Any of the research chemicals can be deemed illegal by the analouge act. Although I wouldn't expect customs to really track some one down and try them for purchasing a gram or two.... Your stuff might be confiscated though.

Customs agents aren't chemists. Unless it's specifically scheduled or listed on a bulletin you should be fine.
