Salvia, Books, Ego Death, & Astral entities - A coherent pattern emerging?
Swim has never personally experienced this. Swim does experience the Identification as an inanimate object but as he read peoples trip reports he has begun to notice that quite a few people have noted feeling like a BOOK specifically. Swim wonders what this pattern could indicate about the salvia experience.
Swim feels like Salvia is telling him that this reality we live in is not real, its a fiction. That the real story is happening elsewhere and this reality we experience is a LONG detailed drawn out metaphorical argument for the truth. That these spiritual beings are trying to reach over and tell us to calm down, listen up, and get a grip Swim gets the feeling that they need us for something and that they're trying like hell to fix shit but if we don't work with them they can't do a damn thing for us. Swim tends to think those living in fear generate a certain harmonic wavelength certain astral entities are feeding off of and when people living in the fear vibration trip it is these entities they see. Their trip, full of fear perpetuates their fear gives the entity food and prevents them from having an enlightening trip by convincing them the drug is bad and preserves the individual as a source of propaganda and preservation for their 'food' source. Swims psychoempathic evaluation of peoples reaction to the experience tends to coincide with this. More strangely so people that otherwise have had bad trips on Salvia have good trips on it when in his presence. Moreover some are not able to repeat the pleasant version of the experience without him present. Swim thinks the book metaphor is like the REAL Salvia spirits good trippers meet on salvia trying to tell us our bodies aren't real. They're just a story, don't worry. The ego, in it's lack of understanding of things spiritual,l since said things ultimately deny the ego as anything more than a biochemical phenomena introduce by genetic, psychological and emotional trauma, reacts in violent self preservation. Swim has noticed that where and in whom he observes the effects of these astral entities' cultivation of fear via repression often lead to an indomitable and OVERFED ego. Perhaps the ego itself is the manifestation of these negative astral entities? or perhaps the ego is a natural thing for our holograms to possess but these astral beings had been manipulating us by unbalancing our minds to inflate the ego to create a source of food via the fear that such an individual harbors. In the end it's all a self perpetuating cycle. The ego, when fed, is usually done so by an individual harboring repressed trauma and is full of a fear they don't understand (Sourced most often in the event itself). This inflation of the ego leads to a perpetuation of the cycle of abuse that causes more trauma in others. So on and so forth. The ultimate denial of the ego can be found as taught by some of the greatest philosophical texts. Lao tzu's the Tao te Ching, the teachings of Jesus christ and some of the apostles. Some of the followers in the old testament such as Job & Enoch. Even all of this without the naming of astral entities is sourced in Jungian basic psychology. Does this make sense to anyone else? Seriously I could carry on and on about this shit that I've come to observe as one giant fractal pattern in all of the world. politics, religion my own interpersonal relationships... Whats going on people? Where are going? |

You should try and write a book about your ideas. It might interest some people!
I´m a scientist, and like a good scientist i can´t help but say.... i need some evidence. Next time you see one of those entities, could you put one in a box for me? I like the way you think! |

I suggest you write, at least, a short paper (a couple pages, at least =]! like a thesis) on your theories and publish online and on this forum. I can tell you I would read it, and I am sure others would read it as well. I love reading other's conceptual thinking.
Swim's got a ton of similar conceptual thinking (DMT, conscious thought, human origin,, evolution, drug theories, etc) that he keeps putting off writing, but he keeps notes. Going to write a book in the next year. |

On that note. Swim wonders if Swiy would be interested in something he is just DYING to do: Interactive storytelling. Swim's Favorite setting is Mage: the Ascension. Swim has a difficult time finding enough absract thinkers to fully realize the awesomeness of this game. If swiy is interested free copies of the PDF can be procured off the pirate bay if Swiy can do torrents. Swim is a big Fan of Edgar Allen Poe, H.P. Lovecraft and similar great horror/fantasy authors (But not SK...SK is a narcissistic shitbag ISHO). Swim would be interested in forming a group online even to begin a surrealist story formatted depiction of these abstract ideas. Anyone else so inclined may most certainly PM him concerning this! |

Poe may be overrated but that doesn't mean he isn't great. Where lovecraft push all worldly boundries Poe did the same horror by all mundane means.
Poe showed that the horrors we can concieve with our imagination are nothing compared to the ones that may and do continually persist within reality itself. i.e. truth is stranger than fiction. |

no that's spot on. I intend to run M:tA within my own extrapolation fo the Cthulu Mythos in fact. Set in the 1910-1930's

I used to write ambient and experimental music with the mythos as a general theme/influence. Fun, interesting, weird shit. Sadly, none survived a catastrophic hard drive failure. Boo!

Always back your shit up and use aes-256 layer encryption with 40+ digit passphrases on all data. SOP in Swims book.
