Herbal Healer 019 must have several intelligent pet hamsters

Adderall & Poppy Combo Question

Would taking 10mg Adderall (intranasal) & +-10 grams Poppy pods (whole grounds/not tea) be a safe combination for a friend who has a low tolerance to both substances & occasionally takes both substances on seperate occasions in social situations?
