Drugs and Birth Control?

Hello. My girlfriend wants to go on birthcontrol, and i was wondering
about what drugs effect this. I know alcholol makes it not work or
something, but i have never heard anything about the other drugs. I
want to know because we party and get high all the time, and it would
be a shame to have an "accident" just because a certain drug canceled
out the effects of birth control.

Any info is greatly welcomed.

What you heard about alcohol is not true. The only drug which weakens it's effectiveness are antibiotics. Other drugs are fine. Although cigarettes make for a risk of heart attack.
