redrivergorge is an unknown quantity at this point

swallowing suboxone

When swim started getting suboxone from a friend. He left it under his tounge then swallowed. From what swim has read your supposed to spit it out after it dissolves. After trying this he has found it works way better to swallow it. Is this normal? What do you swiys do?
