Most efficient use of methylphenidate

Swim finds that methylphenidate has many benefits on him but not in any conventional sense. It does not stimulate swim it tranquilizes him instead and he gets fairly lazy. For this reason he doesn't take it in the mornings before going to college because it makes him lazy and kinda antisocial.

Instead he takes it after his dinner when he gets home and if he has any of those written assignments for the week he'll do every single one of them then and there and doesn't get bored doing them. He does them well too I should add.

The next morning swim is usually feels great and has lots of energy and is in the right mindset to learn. This is how swim uses his Ritalin because it seems to work well.

On the other hand if swim decides to spend the whole day learning and starts taking Ritalin after his breakfast by about 6PM he's tired, has a headache, feels like crap and can't learn anything. Swim can't take Ritalin to stay up and study. Just doesn't work for him.

Drugs affect everyone differently. Anyone else here similarly effected by Ritalin?
