Dose - Best Potentiatior Combination

Hi everybody. SWIM has two Vicdoin (7.5/750), which is roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of his regular dose. He's looking to get a little extra bang for his buck. SWIM has access to orphenadrine citrate, cyclobenzaprine, lorazepam, Tums, dextromethorphan, diphenhydramine, loperamide, and quinine. Can anybody give me some recommendations as to the best way to potentiate this buzz?

the benzo will add to the buzz, tums might make it last longer....and the dipenhydramine with increase sedation.
