Dose - 50 g for a standard dose of Kratom tea?

Swim was looking at getting some kratom and was looking up the basics (dose, effect ect) and ran across this sight xxxxxx the directions call for 50 g of dried kratom to make the tea how ever when swim check places like erowid a common to heavy does was about 10 to 20 g's whoes right? Also swim is able to purchase 2 kinds of kratom indonesian and thai. Swim is looking for a more realxing chill kind of experience. TIA

50g is way too much. 10-20g is the correct general dosage one would take. Thai kratom is generally considered to be more energizing and speedy, so indonesian would be a choice for chilling.

These classifications of premium and commercial are not very standard. I remember reading that from erowid, they were a bit shady. But anyway, I think that by eyesight SWIY won't be able to tell the difference.

The so-called Bali Premium, supplied as a powder as well as leaf, with veins and stems removed (they claim - hard to tell with powders) is the stuff sold as "Premium Commercial." This grade is very good and cost-efficient for all but the most snooty users (with deep pockets). The powdered item makes mixing/preparation fool-proof and simple. One caveat: The next day or so - you will be moving mountains. Out of your gastro-intestinal tract.

There is an episode of South Park where Randy Marsh lays what is claimed to be the biggest turd in the world. Something tells me the writers of this show had discovered Kratom.
