I had to put Ice on my list of stuff I can't do anymore. I general I don't do anything anyway except maybe once a year fo two or three days. I had the highest quality shit and tried it every way I could, I was sweating perfusely for over six hours straight.I felt very guilty about doing it so I threw the rest of the shitout (not that trhere was much left). It's been a few weeks and I feel much better. I guess that's it.

Were very proud of you. Meth is so hard to stop once you start. I usually scrap the baggy with a razor when im done(havent touched it for a while though). Props for being able to throw it away. Good luck staying clean.

I haven't done meth since October, but am planning on doing some this weekend. Hopefully I'll have the willpower to stop there and not make it a regular thing (ahem, relapsing)...
