Girls always know the right thing to do with male genitals swim supposes. Laying off the opiates is a good idea but Swim must have opiate based meds as swim is too scared to rattle. Betsym is dead right, yohimbe is the thing for this. BUT you need to make sure of two (edit: three) things:

a) that the product contains a stated amount of yohimbine and/or yohimbe alkaloids, otherwise it's apparently quite likely to be bunk (i.e. it will contain something made from yohimbe bark, but with not enough of the necessary chemical goodies to be active), and
