Say swim were to evaporate 1 oz of liquid pcp onto glassware of porcelain plate.
Assuming swims pcp is not diluted, how much of yield pcp powder should swim expect?

Without knowing the dilution - it is obviously dissolved in something as PCP (phencyclidine) is found either as a oily, crystalline free-base, or as it's hydrochloride in the form of a colorless crystalline powder - there is no way anyone could answer this question.
