Marijuana and a drug test ?

Lets say swim smoked about 3 times in the past week, about 1 gram or less each time, no more. and swim has a drug test in the week of Nov. 10-14, somewhere in there. would swim pass the drug test? swim knows to drink alot of water. swim also smoked potent, good weed. Not shwag or anything... what does the other swims think???
