Remnants / Resin of Washed Pipes Safe?

If I put this in the wrong section, I'm sorry, I'm an idiot, and it's late. Sorry Mr Mod, really! If this is covered, mentioned, or has been, I am also sorry, as I did and always search before posting new threads.

Question: Swim, out of pure hobo-ness, took 91% isopropyl and rinsed his bongs and pipes, and wants to harvest this nasty black alcohol mixture.

Is it safe to Evap and consume?

I'm sure the remnants are FILTHY, and much worse for one's lungs than normal stuff, but Swim smokes resin regularly.

More or less, will Swim be smoking carcinogens OR carcinogens with Psychoactive substances? Swim hopes there is some THC hidden in there and is going to test it the hard way unless he finds a clear answer.

Swim's plan is to evap, scrape, and smoke. He'll do this in a day or two. He's already evap'd a liter of alcohol and has not much to go (BOY do fans speed along the Evap process! Holy smokes.)

Swim has been smoking ash lately, that's how bad it is over here. Never thought he'd smoke a bowl of full ash.
