K in Scotland?

SWIM has always wanted to do special k but has never encountered it in scotland and not for a lack of trying to find it. SWIM has also noticed that when he been asking round for it, quite a few people havent heard of it/dont know what it is.SWIMS question therefore is, is there any scottish SWIYS on the forum?or does ket basically not exist here?strangely enough there seems to be quite a few english swimmers discussing it on these very forums and its only next door after all...p.s this is not a thread intended to have anything to do with sourcing etc
