As podge points out using warm water at the start isn't essential,It simply helps paracetamol dissolve and ensures all codeine is fully released (esp when lots of tabs are being used) wont make a lot of difference unless swiys done say "80 tabs in 150mls water" Did all tabs look to dissolve into "dust" if they did then swiy will be fine..
