heroin and chest pressure

I'm a heroin and other opiates user such as percocet. Sometimes I've been feeling an uncomfortable pressure in the chest after I use any of these. Also, I've realized that most of the times I feel this symptoms if I take a benzodiazepine they decresease or go away. I tried to find some explanations about this on the internet. But there's nothing relating opiates, the chest pressure or the benzodiazepines. Any ideas?
