Crazy itching

Ok so swim has done codeine in the past and never cared much for it. Though swim IS an opiate addict every time he does codeine pills he gets insanely itchie and almost scratches his fuckin skin off. However SWIM is going through withdraw right now and thinks he has access to a good little amount of t3. Any advice on how to stop the itching?

AFAIK the itching is due to an increase in histamine so some kind of OTC antihistamine taken just before should do the trick.

Re: Crazy itching

Is SWIM the only one who kinda likes the itching? So satisfying to scratch, he says.

I've heard of other people who enjoy it as well; I guess it depends on how strong it is.

Re: Crazy itching

ah, as much as swim hates the itching, he loves it. It feels so good, but eventually gets noticed and makes you look like a stereotypical crackhead.

Re: Crazy itching

The itching is bomb to Swim, he loves it!

Using an antihistimine is all Swiy needs.

Use the search engine, this is covered several times over, and yet this topic pops up often.

Re: Crazy itching

That itching is a right bitch, but you can get through it eventually. Its taken SWIM years to realise you can get past the really itchy annoyance.

Yes its there, yes its always going to be there, but the antihistamines will make life alot easier I hear. However most of the time SWIM just cant be arsed or indeed forgets.

Re: Crazy itching

Yeah i know SWIM really does like opiate itch (its always his nose and face when hes on H or OC) But for some reason with the codeine its really freaking bad. Not pleasurable to swim for one second. Its kinda like a rash i guess. But OTC antihitamines should work? Alrighty then my good peoples.

Agreed. SWIM finds it pleasing to scratch but it is more-so the notion that SWIM is scratching himself because he is so high that really gets him off

Re: Crazy itching

When Red Rock first started doing heroin, he found the itching, especially on his nose, to be very annoying and bothersome. However, after he had been doing heroin daily for about a month, he grew accustomed to the itching and learned to accept it and believe that the more he was itching, the better the high was and he didn't have a care in the world.

Re: Crazy itching

if swiy uses benadryl or any antihistamine containing diphenhydramine ten he's gonna get reaaaally sleepy so swim would recommend Chlorpheniramine melate, 4 mg should do.
Just remember that non-drowsy antihistamines have some bad interactions with codeine, use the search engine for more info on that.

Re: Crazy itching

use any anti-histammine... diphenhydramine, dimenhydrinate, doxylamine, alimenazine and swims favourite to combine with opiates, promethazine, actually maybe swim prefers hydroxyzine, it is an anti-histamine, but also an opiate potentiator, promethazine adds to the sedation , hydroxyzine makes the effects of the opiate more pronounced...
