Paraphernalia - Bullet device filling

Colonel Sanders told me he had trouble filling bullets, and spilling. Is there a simple non-stick method to getting a salt shaker filled?

Sorry, SWIM's a little wired.
SWIM gets snow in baggies, and sometime will transfer the stuff to a small bullet. What's the easiest way to transfer from a table or bag to a container?

Funnels are clumsy and sometime a lot sticks to the funnel, not to mention the risk of tipping it over and spilling. Is there a simple way to do this.

For larger containers, a folded paper works well, but bullets are so small and light, it's damn near impossible!

Again, the problem with paper is that it is so clumsy and it is easy to tip a tall, light, skinny bullet. Man, if they only out heavy weights at the base.

I normally use a full 8.5 x 11 sheet to make sure to catch flying bits and because I aim to fill the container, paper any size smalle would not be practical.

Swim takes a small piece of paper, like a receipt or a dollar bill, and folds it or makes a crease down the middle. It takes practice, but it's an efficient way of getting powder into things. Swim could get 1.5g of cocaine into a 1x1inch stamp bag this way, and only this way.

chop out - fold a bill (note) in half length ways - pour.

draw a 3" circle on a piece of paper, cut the circle out, now draw a line from the center out to the edge, which is the diamater, 1.5 inches, now cut that line. now fold the edges over to make a cone, like those drinking cups, then tape the sides, then cut a hole at the bottom, which ever fits ur bullet

Swim likes to use bulets. What Swim does to load it is get the cola screened very finy and fluffy the to load the bullet Swim takes a business card and on the side he uses scissors and cuts the card to a tip sort of like a sharp point. Then lightly fold the card at the uncut end while inserting the cut tip in the bullet ....lightly sprinkle the cola on the side of the card and the cola will go into the bullet. If the card gets a little overloaded with cola and won't go into the nullet properly, take a toothpick and put into bullet. This allows for more cola to work its way into the holding glass of the bullet. It works everytime and I love it!
