Side effects - Cocaine causing severe stomach cramps?

Hi All,

My friend Rambo has been doing cocaine for a while now. 2-3 years ago he was doing good coke (stuff that made him feel euphoric, energetic, wide eyed, excited, over-the-moon etc). Recently (the past year or so) the quality of the coke he has been getting in the London area has been anything but coke (he suspects). Rambo has been told that the Albanians have fcuked it up! When he takes this 'new' coke he feels no euphoria, he is unable to smile, he looks paranoid and angry, he gets throbbing blood vessels (the total opposite of what coke should be).

However, the most negative effect from this 'new' coke is that he gets extreme stomach cramps that radiate from his lower back all the way up his chest and abdomen. At one time Rambo had to be taken to hospital because he thought he was having a heart attack. But after the ECG and other tests Rambo was told everything is normal and it may have been a panic attack (Rambo thinks brought on by the contractions in the stomach/chest area).

Now Rambo, on the very rare occasion came across good coke and those old euphoric feel good feelings came back with no stomach/chest contractions. So Rambo concludes that he is not allergic to coke itself but to the rubbish currently doing the rounds on the streets of London (unless of course you have good contacts then this is the only rubbish available). Rambo knows he's buying rubbish but will just do it anyway cause there is nothing about, but he eventually throws it away as he can't bear it.

So to any SWIYs out there what could be causing this horrible contractions in the lower back and stomach area that Rambo is experiencing? Any SWIYs have any experience of this? Rambo would like to know as he may be putting into his body a dangerous chemical that someone his passing off as cocaine?

Could be cut with many things, such as ephedrine, which could probably cause those kinds of effects. Dangerous stuff!

Swiy might as well not mess with that junk since its probably not even coke(or tiny amount of coke, cut with harmful shit).

yes.
avoid using this or at the very least wash it first ( acetone wash or acid/base extraction)
and go see a doctor if such side effects continue
