Legality of just psilocin producing mycelium
A bit of a stupid question really as I think I already know the answer.
I am finding it difficult at the moment to find the exact wording of the current law regarding magic mushrooms. Its something like "all forms of fungi containing psilocybin", which would include just the mycelium w/out fruiting bodies (i.e. the mushrooms themselves) but there is no specific reference to it anywhere. In the .gov FAQ, there are listed several questions which one may ask regarding the law on magic mushrooms, but now where is it mentioned about the mycelium. I wonder if there would be any grounds for a 'mycelium loophole' or whether fungi covers it? |
