Injecting - Best feeling shot SWIM ever had (E related)

Since people like sharing awesome feeling drug combos, I thought I'd just share this one. SWIM was rolling on E, partied all night. Next morning, when SWIM wasn't really rolling but was still all warm and mellow, SWIM shot up. Instead of a normal rush that only last a short time, the rush lasted about 10 minutes, with SWIM just sitting there with his eyes rolling back in his head like OMG this is fucking awesome. SWIM tried it again, same result. Enjoy.

swims first shot was her best one ever
god does thinking about that make her fucking jones! (no h now for a week)
but she will tell the story anyway cause it gives her a warm fuzzy feeling inside

she had already had an oxy habit, about 200 mg a day
she had tried h by snorting a few times and immidiately gave up the oxys
then her junkie compainion asked her if she wanted to try banging it
sure, why not? always wanted to feel that rush, and figured it would save her money since shed need less to get high (not the case, lol)
but anyway her companion proceeded to cook up a bag, and split it between the 2 of them in 2 needles. then he tied her arm of and hit a vein on the 2nd try- swim was a little bit nervous, but never had a fear or problem with needles
then she saw the blood flow into the syringe, and he pushed the plunger down
he started to say you should feel something in about.....
then it rushed over her and she had to sit down
she didnt get sick, shes only ever gotten sick frm h 2 times- strong stomach
she closed her eyes and enjoyed with a stupid giant grin on her face
then they decided to go to mcdonalds
swim had some icecream, wich she nodded into mostly, and was high as a kite for a few hours remembers lying in her companions bed full of total euphoria and not a care in the world
god was that a fking glorious high
swim is waay too excited now though lol
guess thats one good thing about her current cleaning up situation- once she gets some more dope eventually- god will that rush be good

SWIM has done heroin while rolling and hasn't had any mindblowing experiences, but next time he does roll he will try doing dope the morning after and will hopefully get a feeling like SWIY did

Heheh, kind of an old post, but SWIM can still remember the feeling. It was definitely #1. #2 would be speedballs, and #3 would be any shot while extremely sick.

SWIM's first shot of heroin, and any shot he had after being clean (or not having used for a couple weeks and being on low dose suboxone) for a while was never very good. Even if he'd use a lot in those first shots, it still didn't feel as comprehensively euphoric as it does after prolonged use. In SWIM's experience, it takes about 3-4 shots after a period non-use for the feeling to reach maximum awesomeness again. And as long as you only do 2-3 shots a day, with at least 5-6 hour breaks inbetween, your tolerance won't go up and they'll all feel equally euphoric.

Just SWIM's experience. Through this board he's learned of people saying that the first shot was the best, but doesn't know any addicts in real life that would say the same. SWIM wonders what causes this, or what the difference is.

Swim get's less and less off each hit the more times he does it. Even with his habit at a stable 3-4 hits a day, he's getting less off it than when he was a smoker.
Smoking it kept his tolerance down, as soon as he started banging it his tolerance just went through the roof, and now, aside from the initial, very short lived buzz, he gets pretty much no high at all.

Really need to clean up a little soon.....

A couple of times in recent years, swim has let herself be convinced by mates to make an attempt at reliving her pill-munching days. Only to realise at some point during the evening that she's quite badly in need of a hit of gear, as she was beginning to get ill. Hitting up whilst fucked on an E is not a pleasant experience for swim. Sure, the effects are lovely, when you actually get your hit, but the actual process of having a dig whilst on pills is decidedly off-putting. That odd sort of rubbery-numb feeling that good Es give you, combined with sticking a needles into yer arm, and having to ascertain whether or not you're in a vein etc...all a little too much for swim's poor, fried brain. But then again, generally speaking, uppers are, these days.

Round swim's way, pretty much 100% of junkies (swim included) would say that the best hit they've ever had is the one that they finally get after being sat up ill all night, rattling their arses off. When you've been up ill for god-knows how long, and you finally manage to score, and end the suffering, that's when heroin shows just how good it can be. Treacherous fucking drug that it is...

Oh yeah any shot when you're sick is great.....but it's just relief really. Whereas when you're new to the drug and don't have a fuck-off huge tolerance, you get a completely different and much more profound effect from the drug.
At least swim did. Now he gets a little buzz/rush and then feels normal. No euphoria, hardly any gauching.....just normality. At first the rush was intense, and combined with euphoria, and just total bliss for hours and hours. Nothing like now, even if swim has been up all night sick.
Everyones different I guess...

dont know, but it was definately the best shot ever.. the ones following it were also great though, that first 2 weeks of banging (which was a binge) is looked back upon quite fondly.. although from the other perspective, swim would never be feeling how she is now if she never tried it? agh whatever. getting off topic.

anyways, swim also agrees that speedballs and shots while being really sick are also great ones...

Is this including long term junkies as well? From what SWIM has seen, most people do a slow but steady hike up the tolerance scale when they first start on dope, so they are getting less and less euphoria out of each increasing shot. After a while they reach a kind of equilibrium, which is still relatively high tolerance wise and thus with less euphoria. These two stages can last years, so SWIM was thinking this might be where the concept of "the first shot is the best" came from.

The junkies SWIM knows who either have been doing it for decades, or crashed hardcore and lost everything (namely $$$), and went through periods of either quitting, being in withdrawals half the time, or lowering their tolerance to a very small amount - these are the people/lifestyles SWIM was using as a backup source to his own experience. I think at least part of it is related to the fact that it takes a long time to find the "sweet spot" where you are constantly getting the most euphoria out of the smallest amount of dope, without raising your tolerance at all (using time as the factor) - and otherwise the tendency for most people to consistently jack their tolerance up from Day 1 means that most won't experience a shot that good for a long while (until something seriously gives).

For SWIM, personally, it feels like his first shot after being opiate naive for a while is never as good as a regular "addict" shot. He feels like after a couple days of being back on the dope, you become a hundred times more sensitive and appreciative of all the nuances of injecting it. As though the first injection was going from blind to black and white, and the next step, after reacclimating yourself, is like black and white to color.

Swim can only think it must vary with the person and/or the gear, as all the junkies swim knows, some who have had IV habits for over 30 years, say their first shot/few shots were the best.

Maybe it varies with the person, but swim always found he got the best out of his gear when his tolerance was the lowest- when he first started.

well swim is one who has been on junk about 4 years, but she "cleaned up" for a month in april. beginning of may she tried occasional use, and then soon got back to daily, but has managed to thus far keep it to 2 bags a day. her first shot after cleaning up actually kinda sucked, but she didnt want to od like you hear about so often after people get outta rehab so she didnt do a lot. the second or 3rd though was great, so that ties into swiys theory.

swim also agrees that it depends on the person, and theres also the fact that maybe for people who look back on their first shot as the best, maybe its just cause they remember the fondness of the first high and how much better things were in general then.. had money... a job... didnt pawn everything yet... still had friends....

Yeah swims first speed ball, at first swim thought he was going to die but like felt so good he was cool with it if that makes any sense lol. Then when everything calmed down and just felt good and swim knew he wasn't going to die he was just blown away on how good that had felt.

Swim knows this feeling, the best shot he ever had was the first time he mixed so much coke in his speedball it made the room spin like he was riding in a tilt a whirl. He set the needle down worried that his mom was gonna have to find him dead. All he could do was lay down on the couch and enjoy the ride. A few minutes later the room straightened out and it was all downhill from there.

swim used to get 30% heroin as standard when he was 18.... when swim first smoked it made his ears ring.... and so does every shot thats close to OD.... amazing at the time.... but 2 hours later swim feels too fucked... and knows he has had far too much.
Swim had a hit in an alley way, fuck the world changed. He passed out on the train home... he lost sensation in his toes for a couple of months and knew he must have od'd. He thanks the stars he is still alive

well SWIM cant talk much about hits on E, but he can chat about tooting on E, and it has the same effect for SWIM as DT, he loves this time after clubbing or partying whatever and then heading back to a warm flat with sofas and gear and bongs.....LOVE IT!!!!!! its been a while tho now for SWIM but he is having a work bash for xmas soon and will be getting some mephedrone....hope it has similar effects when smokin gear afterwards??? its just too cheap to pass up, while its legal and all.......

DT, SIK would agree - whenever a period of non-use finished (by total abstinence or methadone or Suboxone), the first few shots aren't 'as good' - like SIK's body needs to relearn how to enjoy dope again, or something.

However, the best shot SIK EVER had was when she went to the west coast (Seattle), didn't have dope for the first 2 days, so everyone around her kept her reasonably unsick smoking methamphetamine until the black tar showed up. after no dope or sleep and a ton of meth for 2 days, that was the sweetest shot of her life.

Yeah, swim's gotta say that that first shot (even the first one after a break) is pretty frickin good. But when your dopesick from not having scored all day, and it takes you several hours to walk across town to meet with a contact, when you get that shot nothing but nothing compares to it.
