Cooking How to make marijuana cake in less that 5 minuites!

Someone sent this to me recently,

"this is a microwave method of making weed cakes in less that five minuites.

im not sure if anyone else knows this way but i developed it myself,

what you need:
5 x tbsp caster sugar
3 x tbsp self rasing flour
4 x tbsp of coco powder (hot chocolate mix does work too, just put 5 tbsp of it and ust 4 tbsp of caster sugar instead)
1 x egg
3 x tbsp milk
4 x tbsp vegetable oil

Method:
1) mix all dry ingredients in a mix bowl.

2) put in the milk, oil and the egg. mix with whisk thoroughly.

3) add as much marijuana as you want for the cake, all depends on how many people you want this cake to get high. for me (i smoke marijuana regularly and have been for about 2 years now) i normally put about a ten bag, 1.8 grams, in if i make one for myself and a mate to eat.
tip: leave the mix to stand for half an hour, not sure if it makes any difference but i always do so the weed can soak in a bit.

4) pour in a microwavable bowl, i normally just use a cereal bowl.
tip: sprinkle coco powder around the bowl before you put the mix in, it helps alot when it comes to geeing the cake out of the bowl once cooked.

5) your ready! put in microwave for 3 minuites (for 900wat microwave)

6) take out of microwave and take knife to the outer edge of the cake (to seperate cake from bowl, then get a plate and tip the bowl upside down to get the cake out of bowl!

This seems like a good idea. My imaginary friend may have to try this.

Remember not to incriminate yourself, nobody on this forum does anything illegal. I'm sure you meant to say that someone who isn't you (SWIY) invented that recipe and told you about it.

and since swim is a college student without an oven, this may work out well for him in his dorm microwave

I have tried this method of making a cake without the cannabis and its a good way for a lazy man (or woman for that case) but finds that the middle part of the cake sometimes does not cook properly and for it to cook the whole way through some of the outside ring of the cake must be slightly over cooked. May just be me though.

So basically, make cake like usual but heat your fine ground weed in the butter.

A good standard is a joint's worth of weed per person.

Thirdly, this isn't the first time I've warned people, but watch out with spacecake. You don't feel it coming on for a long time but when you do you're in for a ride.

Heat it in the butter? There's no butter in this recipe, vegetable oil.

actually, oil is better than butter. thc is soluble in oil. butter will burn, making it a bad choice. Ghee is a middle-eastern 'clarified' butter which is essentially the oil from the butter. its always preferred to butter (as is regular oil) because it doesn't burn like butter at low temperatures.

If someone were to INSIST on using butter. Here's a SUPER EASY technique one "could" use. hint: it's best if making a large quantity of THC butter. i.e. if someone had tons of leaves, stems, or whole plants that they didn't want to throw away.

Note the above-referenced link is for a VERY simple concept. only materials needed are butter, water, plant materials and a kitchen. After eating butter, WAIT an hour or so for the effects to kick in. -DICK

Question. Sould SWIY say that it smells like weed a lot in the area that they are cooking? SWIM would think so but just clarifying because if SWIM does do this he will only have a couple of hours to air out SWIMs house. Would that be sufficeint?

is this asking about the original recipe for 5 minute microwaving?

if that's what you're asking about, i wouldn't sweat it. you probably wouldn't even be able to smell it in the house WHILE it was cooking.

if you're asking about the recipe for THC Butter that involves heating oil or butter for an hour or more before filtering out the solid plant material, then i would have to recommend AGAINST doing this in the setting you describe... 2 hours to get the house aired out doesn't sound like much freedom. even if it didn't still stink, what if you had an accident or a spill? boiling pot water/oil mix would likely leave a lasting green sticky residue all over the tile floor, ceramic countertops, and a nice splash mark across your wooden cabinets. probably best to leave this for when you've got a couple days to yourself. -DICK
