after years of tril and error of differnt meds (antipscotic and antidepressants) swim is now on prozac 20 mg for around 9 weeeks and just started effexer xr because swim wanted the effect of the the norephrine(spl) its alredly given more the dirve that siwm didnt get from the serontonine and it has slights effects on dopamine. swim was wondering if any oother swim was one a ssri and snri. do u swims think its dangerous since they bot act on serintonin. possably serintonin syndrome. swim was just trying to get some views before his biweekly check up at the doc. so far its helps out but swims nose the snri takes 4-6 weeks to kick in fully but the ssri is already in full effect( ive tried citalapram, zyprexa, seroquel) but swim told the doc swim wanted to go with the old school ssri since swim can tell better if people have had any long term side effects instead of goin with the new ssri's.
