Effects - Is it just swim or is tobacco awesome.

So today swim tried his first cigeratte. Stole from a friends day. Swim took a hand full of tobacco, and some pre rolled fileter tubes he stuffed it a little to tight with tobacco. Him and his other friend never knew that tobacco got you high, but after about 4 hits held in lungs deep, and the weird cool feeling in throat, his vision was delayed, and walking became very weird but fun. Awesome feeling throughout his body, and wasn't dizzy or lightheaded, but a definite effect. Also to note, swim has tried weed, kratom, and kava kava before tobacco, and none have had such a good effect except for weed, which made his thought process messed up and hard to communicate. This left his head clear but with definite physical effects. Does everyone get this when they smoke, or is it just swim and his friends. Will he continue to get this effect when he smokes or will it stop when his body builds tolerance?
