Oral use - Tutuorial for orally taking an ER pill successfully.

SWIM has not seen a tutorial on how to get past the coating on ER pills and then crush them orally so swim hopes it is ok that she wrote this method for those who wish to try this.

Ok so swim played around a few days with how to get this to work. First she just took the pill whole and it did nothing for her. Then swim bit the pill in half and got a slight buzz for maybe 30 minutes (eh). Lastly swim has come up with a method good for those that like to take orally and are not into insulftration (sp?) anal. or injecting. So here goes my method.

BTW swim had 20 mg Opana ER pills.

So this is how swim figured out a way to do ER's orally and still give her euphoria. SWIM first takes a small blade or a razor and gently scrapes off the outer coating of the ER pill then she is left with only the while part on the inside (save your scraping because there will be some white powder on those too and you can eat that after you do this process). Swim then will crush it up with her teeth but only her front teeth because if the back teeth are used then it will stick in the grooves and less of the drug will get to your stomach. When swim has it crushed up as good as possible she then takes a mouthful of water or tea or something and holds swishes it around gently to get it anything stuck in teeth out and then she swallows it and voila you have an IR pill. it took a little work but it gives the same effect to me as the same dosage in IR when done this way. **Just crunch it up good in swimmers front teeth it may get a little sticky and it will taste awful! but swim makes sure to get as much as the little crunchies out of there as possible before swishing it and swallowing the mix.**


SWIM has a small tolerance she thinks she was only taking 40 mgs of Opana at a time this way and still felt great, so that is why I did not put exact dosages on here because everyone varies in the tolerance levels (listen to your bodies swimmers).

BUT If someone has no opiate or opiod tolerance at all swim suggest starting with 5-10 mgs of Opana because she hears that it is moderately strong and thinks that its always better to start with less and work your way up. When swim first tried opana swim started with 15 mg IR tablets cut in half so that is 7.5 mgs. Swim must mention that she is a small woman 5 feet tall on a good day so swim could tolerate 7.5 mgs of this then a man of more size would adjust accordingly in her opinion. Swim quickly found that 7.5 mgs was not a large enough dose so then she moved up to the entire 15 and from there to taking two 15's at one time which was within a few days. Thats why swimmers have to be careful tolerance can build up quickly so keep your body in check on this.


Anyway I hope this helps those swimmers that can only get a hold of ER pills and still want to feel good with out going to other methods like anal, the nose or injection.

Pretty kool .SWIM does this same thing with ALL of his pills(ER or IR).The only diffrence is that SWIM will not add any water or if he does it is just a drop,enough to get the pills to start melting.He then lets the paste disolve completely in his mouth untill it is all basicly absorbed.He finishes up by then washing the remaining taste away with a glass of water or grapefruit juice if avaliable.
Doing this kind of leaves SWIM with that "DRIP" taste you get after snorting

For some reason wether the pills are IR or ER SWIM feels that this method has a stronger/quicker effect.

Good idea too. Swim follows hers up with two tums and swim thinks that it works great. Swim read that idea on another thread.

Sorry but this method will only work for a small/very small portion of ER pills. The rest of them are just not possible to be defeated and turned into IR pills. They contain hydroxyalkylated cellulose, like nearly every Morphine ER pill and some Oxycodone ER pills. Or they contain wax/stearine, like some Tramadol ER pills, as well as some other opioid pills. With others, crushing them will only work partially in making them release their content instantly, like ER capsules containing beads, for example Palladone(hydromorphone), Kadian(morphine) and Kapanol(morphine) as well as several other brand name opioid ER capsulse.

Is this the ingredient that makes them jell up?This method works VERY well however with Opana IR.

So with these I'm guessing that "Crisping" them would help,that is what SWIM does with Avinzas.

Sorry swim has only tried this with Opana Er and its really easy to get past the time release on those. If swim gets hands on some other form of ER swim will work on those too. But Swim suspects that the meticulous crunching of the beads will release the medication in most pills.

Hydroxyalkylated cellulose is indeed the stuff that makes (the majority of) XR pills gel up. The best way to extract the active ingredient from capsules that contain it's active ingredient encapsulated in beads is to empty them in a glass filled with acidified water, and let them stand for a day. That way, all of the active ingredient is given off in the acified water and can be drunk to give instant absorption.

This is the same way grandma does it,except shes uses a lil bit of alcohol in the water after grinding the pill VERY well. all she adds is a tiny drop of HCL and sometimes citric instead,what acid does your friend use? grandma usually lets it sit for far less then a day and usees gentle magnetic stiring with small cut up bits of palstic coated(recoated) wire. the wire can be recoated by melting the extra plastic on hte ends with gentle heat/streachting.

Parachuting refers to either jumping out of plane with a parachute,or putting a powdered substance in toilet paper/whatever and droping it down ones throat hole.

Swim thanks grandma but doubts that she could be successful at parachuting. Either out of a plane or down the throat the results for swim would probably be tragic either way.

For more of this dissolving in acid though could swim just put said pill in lemon juice and then when it is completely dissolved would swim just drink it all or would swim filter it? Swim heard that she should put lemon juice in a shot glass and dissolve the pill overnight but is confused is she supposed to do the shot the next day or is there another step involved?

why not just chew the pill, then gulp a chaser for a second or two. or parachute it if you pet jaguar wants the max potential for instant release. my moose usually just chews it to mush with some warm tap water, and gulps it down follow by another gulp of only water.

it doesn't need to be that complicated.

The coatings on them get stuck in swims teeth so swim feels like she is being wasteful. Scraping it and then using front teeth seems to work for swim but if swim is in a hurry swim will just chew it. What is parachuting? Swim doesn't mean to sound ignorant.

Just take the shot the next day. For best results take it on an empty stomach preloading with a few antacids before hand will increase the pills effects.
