Experiences - Adderall Best Alternative?

Hello, I've been taking 30 ml of Adderall (not XR) for the last 6 months to treat my ADD. I take the dose in the morning (2 pills at once) because my classes are only 5 hours total, and I don't need it after that.

I noticed I am become less focused on adderall. I worry about upping my dosage. Is there a common, popular ADD alternative?? A med that if Adderall doesn't work well for them, this does??

Even if what swiYou asks is legal use of legal prescribed medications.

Well... Did swiY try Ritalin? Around swim's parts it is the first med doc's prescribe and even tho many dislike its side effects it works well for some.
Does not work for swim tho... people are different.

There is another med called "Desoxyn" whitch contains methamphetamine.hcl, but due to it's stigma(and addiction potensial?) swim got the impression its difficult to get. It is still out there so why not bring it up with swiYour doctor

Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine ) is another ADD/ADHD med that SWIM is on and it works well for him. Unlike Adderall, which contains roughly 75% d-amphetamine and 25% l-amphetamine, lisdexamfetamine is a single-enantiomer amphetamine formulation. Certain individuals exhibit a better clinical response to the mixed isomer preparation, thus they may continue to use Adderall XR or equivalent generics.

SWIM was just on Vyvanse also. He goes through meds quick and gets bad crashes. 30-90 mg vyvanse was nice but it crashed. 210 mgs Lasted about 8 hours for swim with a gradual and very mellow and NICE comedown. SWIM would really recommend vyvanse in high dosages, <150 crashed too early for swim, 180-210 was a really really nice day for SWIM. its so mellow compared to Addy or meth, and SWIM had euphoria only for the first week, then his high transformed into feeling perfect and joyful to be in class :P 210 was no euphoria, just a really really nice elevated day. Recommend ++. Only problem is for SWIM : it took about 1:30 to be felt and he could feel the comedown. With elevated dosages no problem but it still takes a while and the high hits you quick. But its a really chill high :P Also little to no jitters and social desire, but it just felt so much nicer and calmer than SWIMs meth and addy exp

SWIM would tell SWIY to definitely give vyvanse a try, and docs are fine to push it due to the prodrug model. It also has a decent rec potential if you wana do something. BUT for SWIM, only his low dosage trials, reupping only reached about half the plateu which is nice but somewhat elicits the feelings of a depressed effect.

Now that you mention it, SWIM definitely would recommend Vyvanse for someone that has ADD/ADHD since its more of a mellow high than compared to say adderall but its perfect for concentrating and studying for class. Like the above poster said, SWIM notices it takes between 75-90 minutes to start really feeling the effects and very rarely will SWIM notice any jitters from it
