Smoking - Smoking habits, traditional, strange and bizarre.

Just searched the forums for this odd habit of SWIMs, no results found. So SWIM packs a bowl, bong, pipe, stem, chillum, 5/8ths socket whatever you can pack Marijuana in. She hits it, exhales, hits it, exhales hits it, then packs the rising burnt Marijuana down til its more dense and compacted, then hits again for a few times and packs it down again. She says that it makes for a better hit, and keeps the burnt Marijuana from sucking thru the hole prematurly (she never uses metal screens).

Another habit, more of a traditional handed down one is to always clear the bowl or bong completly, or atleast blow out the stale smoke if one cannot clear it completly. Also SWIM tries not to overuse the flame on the Marijuana, taking good notice if it is still "cherried" with burning Marijuana in the center. SWIM cringes when other SWIMs throw flame to a packed bowl when its got a 289 degree cherry on the inside!! Can SWIM get a amen?

Yes you can swim, AMEN.

Although many wealthy friends may not consider 'saving' marijuana by curbing the flame, waste is waste.

Friends of mine offer smoke which wasn't inhaled to the next person in the rotat. Why not, I suppose. One of them has a bong (if you can call it that) with no choke. No one has yet figured out why. The bowl doesn't pull out either.

2 toke pass is one rather mutual agreement between swim and others.

The roller also lights the spliff.

SWIM agrees with all posts so far. SWIM and his fellow SWIMmers always passed to the LEFT but that habit has since been forgotten. Always corning the bowl can go a lot farther than people think. And don't light a bowl thats already lit! You're only heating up the already hot smoke and destroying THC. Richi said it well, waste is waste.
