Combinations - What can SWIM do with these?

SWIM has the following:

3x Darvocets (Propo-N/APAP100 650)
12x 25mg of Promethazine
4x 500mg of Naproxen
1/5th a bottle of Vicks 44 (with 162.5mg of Acetominophen, 1mg
Chlorpheniramine, and 7.5mg of Dextromethorphan per 5ml)
Bottle of 2% solution of lidocaine.

SWIM might have access to hydrocodone depending on if its necessary to get any kind of recreational use out of the combination of ingredients.


SWIM wants to know what kind of recreational use they can get out of this. SWIM would like to possible make some form of tuss or sippin syrup, SWIM would definitely have access to over the counter items in case they were necessary.

Are there any combinations of these that SWIM could do to obtain any kind of effects? Maybe with a single additive that SWIM could obtain or a mixture of these and some other ingredient? SWIM wants to get messed up tonight so they may just pop the darvocet.

Swim sees nothing "constructive" at all regarding swiy's post and doth swiy protest too much "round theses parts." Georgia right? Is that still a 3rd world country?

Darvo's are the only worthy thing. The promethazine might enhance some of the effects (or might as well antagonize them) but Dextropropoxyphene is mainly used as a anti-tussive, as it is a weak opiod with low abuse potential. Might want to research on CWE on then, and research on some potentiators, if any (dephenhydramine maybe?)... Anyway, Swim would pop the 3 and drink a beer or 2 (no more, as combining alcohol with opiod/opiates is not recommened)... and take the promethazine if Swim encounters any unpleasent nausea. (no more than 100mg)

Swims' guess is Swiy is being given medication with low abuse potential for something swiy is complaining about but there is no obvious reason for more aggressive treatment... or swiy is having a bad cough or flu! Any reason, get well!

DXM on is first plateau (given the amount you have available) will probably interfere with the opiate effects of the darvo so Swim suggests not particularly combining those two unless swiy is experienced in the subject.
