Would SWIm get high if SWIM injected the 50ml of oral methadone that SWIM recieves daily? have a 50ml syringe so its possible to plug the whole lot.

An extremely bad idea. Injecting 50ml of anything is a bad idea but injecting 50ml of oral methadone is just stupid. If some one is taking 50ml daily orally then injecting it is not going to do anything because the oral bioavailability is already fairly high.

The only time some one should inject methadone is when it is a sterile ampule intended for intravenous injection.

I can't believe anyone would even consider injecting using a 50ml syringe, i have never seen a 50ml syringe, i have seen a 10ml syringe and it's fucking huge but a 50ml syringe, fuck that!

If swiy is talking IV then the simple answer is don't,it will burn and sting the hell out of swiys veins and will cause imense damage!!!
If swiy refers to a bit of anal pleasure?then this is quite common esp in palative care although this preperation is usually made with "glycofurcol" (TETRAHYDROFURFURYL POLYETHYLENGLYCOL) this gives a 76% bioavailability and gives a much quicker onset.
Compare this to oral bioavailability=40-90%,swim thinks oral is the way to go~unless swiy seeks the extra pleasure anal administration may produce..
Try 25ml and gauge the speed of on set and effects,plus with all that sugar in methadone swiy will be doing some sweet smelling farts for a few days......Lol

Yes sugar free methadone is avail in the uk but that aint what causes the damage?
