tobacco and alcohol, two drugs that do absolutely nothing for you, and destroy your body at a rate to where the cons completely outweigh the pro's are legal.

It is messed up. Drug laws are illogical, hypocritical and dangerous. They don't have to make sense as they are designed to oppress the people by "protecting" them from themselves. As long as they get their smokes and drink, the proles are content.

I am just wondering how conscious this drug restricting process is. If the people behind know what are they doing or that they just simply think they know. Either way its bad, but one case is slightly worse i think.

As for the tabacoo, I would make big difference between cigarets and tabacoo. Manufacturing cigarets imho is the modern-human-made way how to abuse tabacoo plant, make lots of people adicted to it and then make big amount of money from it. Sideeffects - destroying ones health and reducing world population ? huh , sry

Tabacoo used by indians, on the other hand, is something like 15times stronger than the one present in cigarets, has some halucinogenic effects and wont destroy ones body so easily.

there is like 50% chemicals and other stuff being added into the cigarets apart from tabacoo...nonsense

I do agree about tobacco, i am a big fan of hookah<3. its true tobacco can also be used as a hallucinogenic, but that is a different, far more potent, species of the plant that they use in cigarettes.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to use massive doses of tobacco as a hallucinogen. This is a very dangerous practice. The LD50 of nicotine is 40 - 60 mg, which isn't very much.

its not about massive doses, its about about pure tabacoo plant not grown for cigaretts purposes. And certain shamans actually DO use it that way, and are quite happy ...that way
