Effects - GHB has almost no effect when stuffed into capsules

Swim put ghb salt into capsules, a gram each, and downed 3 capsules without any effects whatsoever. Is there are reason for this? Does this direct entry into the gut destroy it?

No it shouldn't do SWIM has taken GHB before with a drink as powder and this would surely take the same route?

Capsules is the prefered method of SWIM, Nice onset no taste. A gram is difficult for SWIM to put in one capsule though, so he takes 6 500 mg and redoses a few more when wanted.

Did you make sure the capsules were quick dissolving ones? SWIM has used caps from herbal shit etc. and had problems with onset or obtaining full effects. SWIM would try getting some rolling papers and wrapping up a bit in that. Toilet paper works fine too.

It sounds a little unusual but, as mentioned above, if the capsules didn't dissolve quick enough the salt is notoriously stubborn and can persist for some time. It may well have been the case SWIY simply ended up with it dissolving at such a slow rate that he didn't feel the effects.
