Ive read that cocaine can be injected into your urethra and the buzz is more of a sexual high then your normal cocaine high. is this true? after reading about the dangers invovled grandma has no plans whatsoever to try this shes just wondering what effects it has and how it differs from other dosing methods.

Knowing quite a few needle-wielding cokeheads, Swim has never heard them mention shooting up there. Unless you read experience reports somewhere like here, I would chalk up urethral admin to being hyped up by media and government. Can't see it having different effects for any reason.

This really is done, if not exactly common.. There are threads on this and it is highly dangerous. If you value your member, don't even think about it. Priapism is one of the side-effects.

Doctors there were forced to amputate the man's legs above the knee and all but one of his fingers to stop the spread of gangrene. The patient's penis fell off by itself. The man is currently recovering in a rehabilitation facility.

Men who inject cocaine into the penis report that it gives them a sexual high. Drug abuse treatment experts have previously reported external use of cocaine as a sexual stimulant. Cocaine powder is rubbed onto the surface of the genital organs by both men and women in an effort to halt premature ejacuation or improve sexual sensations.

"We report this case to alert clinicians to this new method of cocaine abuse and to describe its rare and previously unreported complications," the doctors concluded.

Even the ideas of sticking needles into sensitive areas like the urethra is... painful, but "intracavernosal" is a new word to me! (IN-tra-kav-er-NO-sull) within the corpora cavernosa-- no place for a hypodermic.

SWIM is unclear as to whether a syringe (with no needle) is placed into the male urethra and cocaine solution instilled there, or if a needle is injected into the corpus cavernosum (large artery which when engorged with blood creates an erection). Intracavernosal implies the latter.

There is at least one erectile dysfunction drug which is administered in the same way. Alprostadil is a prostaglandin which causes an erection, minus the 'enhanced sexual sensation' of cocaine (hard to believe with a local anesthetic..), and is probably less likely to make the user's penis fall off. However, why anyone would want to use something injectible there is beyond SWIM's comprehension when there are plenty of sexual enhancement and erectile dysfunction drugs out there which work orally.. Perhaps as a last resort ?

If SWIM just wants a numb schlong - try applying some Lidocaine cream. Don't inject - or pour - chemicals into the penis. Be a real Yuk! if it falls off. What'cha gonna do then? Complain to the dealer?

If it were to fall off, one could just purchase one of the many fine penis enlarging medications avertised on TV or in one's junk mailbox and grow a new one !
