If SWIM were to extract DXM from couph syrup and turn it into a
hydrochloride... would SWIM get in trouble if SWIM sold it? SWIM plans on manufactoring gel caps with 110 mg of DXM HCL each, and selling them for $3 a peice. That's $12 profit for each $1.50 bottle of tussin. Idiots wont know they're getting ripped. Although it takes a fair amount of knowledge, time, effort, and desire to turn gucky ol' couph syrup into a shiney hydrochloride, so maybe they're not really getting ripped off. But yeah... erowid says that it's "legal to buy, sell, and posess without a license or prescription". Does that mean that if SWIM was somehow busted, SWIM wouldn't get in trouble? |
