Coca leaves / powder / i. tea
Does anyone knoe if these are all the same, and they contain the same amount of alkaloids?
Swim has seen both for sale in different places, has the powder been de-cainised? Last edited by Benga; 18-10-2008 at 09:25. |

Re: Coca leaves / powder / inca tea
SOTM sees alot of swiys questions, all of them are here in these forums if swiy reads all the threads associated with cocaine extraction.
Yes, leaves/Powder/ tea.....all will have alkaloids....de-cocainized is a myth for buyers of tea/powders/leaves..... One purchase coca powder and tea online very easily |

Re: Coca leaves / powder / inca tea
indeed, these are all preparations of e. coca leaves. this question could have been answered by reading up a little.
one is a brand name, thus close to a source discussion and should not be used this way b |

Re: Coca leaves / powder / i. tea
please remember that discussing coca does not imply cocaine manufacture.
while this is certainly possible, and done both by new hitting cartels as well as by a few cocaine purists, coca is not just a source from which to extract cocaine, unlike what some governemental agencies have wanted public opinion to think for a few decades. it is important to give a broader perspective on coca, and coca use, and at least go beyond the coca-as-a-source-of-cocaine angle, which is one of the reasons why this section on of the forum exists. Quite a few people enjoy coca for what it is, and some actually find this enjoyment superior to extracted cocaine. all this to say that there is a chemistry section dedicated to extraction from plants, and no need to post about cocaine extraction in the coca forum... thanks Last edited by Benga; 30-10-2008 at 09:01. |

Re: Coca leaves / powder / i. tea
Sorry for this post, but i didn`t want to post a new thread for this question.
It is hoawever connected with this thread. How much kg of leaves could one grown plant of coca give ? Like 12 or 18 months old plant. |

Re: Coca leaves / powder / i. tea
If that plant is out of it's native habitat and not in some sort of ultra-high tech environmental simulator, maybe an ounce, maybe less? Individual leaves of this size are incredibly lightweight and it takes huge quantities of them to make up any substantial weight.
The chances of getting enough leaves to even consider taking up regular chewing, is really quite low, outside the plants native zones, or large scale greenhouse production. You might be able to raise a plant for a few years and get a handful of doses, but it would hardly be worth all the time and effort just to kill such an exotic specimen. |

Re: Coca leaves / powder / i. tea
MOD DELETED--- please keep cocaine extraction discussions in the chemistry forum.
the coca forum is for discussion of coca use and eventually full spectrum crude coca extracts- but certainly not of cocaine and cocaine extraction thanks b Last edited by Benga; 29-01-2009 at 09:17. |
