help...i tested pos for methadone and didnt take any

ok, so i had to go to my p.o yesterday and take a drug test. this sounds so fucked up you probably wont believe me, but trust me, it's true. they said someone called them and said i took methadone, and tested me for it. it came up positive, supposedly. i DID NOT take any methadone. i have looked online and found that diphenhydramine (found in benadryl and tylenol pm) can cause a false positive. does anyone know anything else that could cause this? i am just in shock, i for real did not take methadone. now i have to go to some damn drug class twice a week. fuck.
