Opiates at an Amusement Park
SWIM would like to know if being on opiates (specifically tussionex) at Six Flags "Fright Fest" would pose any health issues beyond the normal opiate related health issues...
SWIM would like to go to Fright Fest and ride rollar coasters and such while on the Tussionex (which is a hydrocodone syrup). SWIM just wants to know if and what complciations could arrise from this (if any), and SWIM wants to know if anyone else has gone to amusement parks while faded. |

Re: Opiates at an Amusement Park
The only problem that swim see's is if it is really hot. Heat and opiates do not mix well. A few years ago someone talked swim into going to a race and it was hot as hell and she had to walk two miles very high and swim started puking. Wasn't a good experience. Swim thinks as long as other swim stays hydrated swim would do it.

Re: Opiates at an Amusement Park
Like the above poster said, heat and opiates don't mix really well. Also, SWIM sees this combination as not very fun (at least in his opinion) since when he is on opiates, he tends to not want to do anything and just likes to chill and if SWIY is in an amusement park walking around and waiting in lines, that is just not something SWIM would want to do if he was on opiates

SWIM sees it as beneficial for waiting in lines and such, as time would pass much faster. Hmm thanks for your two opinions. |

Re: Opiates at an Amusement Park
Opiates definitely make everything seem right and no worries or don't care say about the lines so for that, it would be good to kill time while waiting in lines and such

Re: Opiates at an Amusement Park
Swim would definately do a lower dose of something more active and euphoric, like tramadol (if it still worked) or hydrocodone. Taking a morphine derived drug would not be as good an idea, since they tend to be more sedating and lazy.
Swim goes out all the time on opioids. It's great, except when he's nodding. Anything below nodding rocks. |
