Ginseng Complex
Swim was just wondering if anyone in here has experience with any ginseng herbal supplements and if so how effective are they? What i bought contains
300mg Eleutherosiberian Root, 300mg Panax Ginseng Extract, 100mg American Ginseng Extract, 50mg Chinese Red Ginseng Extract I am unsure of what these things will do if i take more than directed but am in desperate need of stimulation!

Thats alot of ginseng. Anyways I quite like the stuff. Feels good for your vitality and in Chinese medicine they say it is good for your yang. I much prefer it to guarana and caffene.
