Cultivation - Harvesting fresh seed pods/still psychoactive?

I'm doing a report on the psychoactive compound (LSA) in the Morning glory plants. I was wondering if you happen to grow pearly gates ( a type of strain of mg's) and its starting to grow pods now. There has been atleast 100 flowers or more that have grown and fallen and probably a good amount of fresh pods some about as small as a pea some a little bigger. I was wondering how many fresh pods would it take to have what they old indian shamans called " A spirtiual & visual Exeriance?
