Preparation - purifying K

Swims newest batch of K has been cut with something rather unpleasent. After insuffatlating the inside of his nose is covered in white powder which then makes his nose run like a river full of a white chalky substance and the drip is also full of the white substance. Its not a nice experience at all. Swim has tried recooking a small amount, much of the cut was insoluable and floated to the top. However swim stupidly didnt filter the cut out so after recooking the water with the dissolved k and undissolved cut, obiously the same problems continued.
The question is, what is the best way to filter out the impuritites? Swim was thinking that the filter from his pollenator grinder would be a good filter for purifying his beloved k, any thoughts?
