Side effects - A question about tolerance/withdrawal

SWIM has been taking opiates once a week for the past 5 weeks. The first 4 weeks were 20-30mg of oxycodone each week, and the 5th week was poppy seed tea made with 200g of seeds which turned out to be rather mild but enjoyable. SWIM has two questions:

1: SWIM sometimes experiences headaches ranging from very painful to mild the day after he has taken an opiate. They are usually not a big deal, SWIM takes 1g of paracetamol and is fine for the rest of the day. Is this withdrawal or something else?

2: If SWIM continues to use opiates once a week, will SWIM build up any kind of tolerance or start to experience withdrawal after his use? So far SWIM has never had to increase his dose, it was always as potent as the previous week and the only possible withdrawal-like symptoms SWIM has experienced were the headaches mentioned above.

Swiy will build up a tolerance but not an addiction, I would say.

Swim used about 1-2 weekly for around 4-5 months with nothing developing but mental tolerance. Swim never developed physical addiction or had any WD symptoms. Everyone is different when it comes to WD's though.
